Welcoming New Members 

Your most important responsibility.

NOTE: Be sure to check your email as often as you possibly can and look for emails which will contain information about your new team members.

Step 1.  Send The Welcome Email Series to your new team member ASAP!  To send the personalized Welcome Email Series (with your name, email, phone#, etc.) go to your Quick Responder account (see Step 2 below) and enter your new members name and email address into the welcome series for the income stream that they have joined. Important: Make sure that the email address is correct before submitting the request. 

Also, make sure to click here to register your new member for the automatic conference call reminders. 

Step 2.  Update Your Database. When you have a new member, you want to start the Welcome Email Series. 

Login to your Quick Responder site.  Go to the appropriate welcome series campaign.  Under "Manage Your List", click on the "Manually Add Email Address" button.  Enter at least the first name, last name, phone number and email address of the person you are adding and click the "Add New Customer" button. 24/7 will start sending the Welcome Training email series to your new member shortly.

Step 3.  Call Your New Team Member right away. The sooner you make the call, the higher the likelihood that your new team member will join 24/7 and go to work. Make this welcome call with your sponsor,  team leader, running mate, or friend who has a "success story" to share. Let your new member know that you are sending them a training series and would like to assist them in building their business. Get to know them. Ask them about their background, job, family, hobbies, etc. Also ask them why they joined the business. Write down all of the information so that you can create a relationship with your new teammate. 

Both you and your sponsor/team leader should tell your new member about your success with 24/7 Internet Marketing and let them know that you are looking for 10 very committed people to work with. Tell them that you are willing to take the time to teach serious people how to create Internet Wealth. Make sure to strongly convey that you will only work with serious, motivated, and committed individuals who share our goals.

Have Them Do Homework Part 1. After you interview each new member and you and your sponsor tell your 24/7 stories, send them to the next conference call. Live calls are every:

Make an appointment to talk right after the call.

Step 3a.  Have Them Do Their Homework Part 2. Send all new team members who have listened to a conference call to our team website at http://www.247members.com to learn about the system and the business. Ask them to follow the links and jot down any questions they have on a sheet of paper.  Make sure to give them 3 questions as a homework assignment. Ask them not to enroll until they talk to you again. Ask them if they can get to the homework right away and make an appointment for an hour later. If they can't get to it right then, make an appointment for the following day to talk again and answer their questions.

Note: Not all new members will go to work. In fact, most of them will not! That is just fine and will not impede your progress in any way. We only expect and need a few members to duplicate your success. Remember, with only a .01% success rate in the first 6 months (6 permanent enrollments from 60,000 leads) ... your entire marketing system will be absolutely FREE for life.
