24/7 Business Briefing Call Outline

NOTE TO ALL SPEAKERS: DON'T READ THIS SCRIPT ON THE CALL!!!
This is an outline of what we want to cover on the conference calls. Feel free to use it "as is" or add your own comments and ideas. The key is to make the call sound as if it is not scripted. If you read this script, it will greatly diminish the value of the calls for everybody.

>> NOTE: The calls must be completed in 15 minutes. <<

When you call in on the speaker line (Pin 694870*), you are not muted out when the rest of the callers are muted out. This means that if you have background noise where you are it will disrupt the call for everybody. Since 6 will not mute you out, it is your responsibility to either...

a) Find a very quiet place to conduct the call... or

b) Get a phone with a mute button and use it when you are not speaking on the call.

When you are not speaking on the call, call in on the regular line (Pin 694870#). Also, DO NOT call in on a speaker phone or use the computer to call in (or shut off your microphone.) 

DO NOT call in using CDI ...  we have encountered issues with CDI on the speaker line.

All of this silly stuff is crucial to the success of the system and YOUR team!

Notes For The Greeter

The Greeter has 3 main functions: 

1) Enthusiastically greet guests and members on the call.

2) Make sure that there is no "dead air time" while we are waiting for the call to begin.

3) Get the call started on time by introducing the Host (main speaker).

As the Greeter, be sure to be on the call 10 minutes before the official start time. Let the callers know who you are and where you from. Ask people calling in to,

"You've reached the Private, Invitation Only 24/7 Business Briefing - please introduce yourself and tell us where you're from."

In the early stages, there will not be a whole bunch of people introducing themselves. The important thing is to make sure to keep the introductions moving,  but make sure that you give people a chance to chime in. In other words, whenever you hear uncomfortable silence it is your job to speak up and say something like... 

"We have some dynamic speakers on the call today from all over the country/world who are going to share some very exciting information with you today... If you are just joining us on the call, please let us know who you are and where you are calling in from."

"If you have never been on one of our 24/7 Business Briefings, folks, you are in for a real treat. Please let us know who you are and where you are calling in from."

"This system has really changed my life, folks, and I know it will do the same for you. If you're just joining us, please let us know who you are and where you are calling in from."

"If you're looking for a way to change your financial future and/or spend more time with your family, you can stop looking... you've found the right place. Please give us your name and the state you're calling from."

"It doesn't matter what your background or experience is, we have a system that will work for you! Please introduce yourself and tell us where you're from."

Note: Don't chide people (who are uncomfortable introducing themselves) by continually asking them to speak up because "we know you are out there." This will only make them more uncomfortable and there is a good likelihood that they will hang up.

(Important: The Host mutes the call before being introduced by the Greeter (5)

When it is time to introduce the Host (1 or 2 minutes after the scheduled start time) be sure to give a glowing and enthusiastic introduction. Take the time to get a short bio from the Host and make your introduction. The more impressive an introduction you provide, the more likely it is that the guests will pay close attention to the call.

(Host) Thanks ____________ and hello everybody! Because we respect your time, we're going to get right to it. Here's what we're going to cover on the call today. Our goal is to help you visualize the potential of this system ... so you're going to learn  how our 24/7 Call Center works, why it works and you'll hear from some members who've been using the system.

Why Are We On This Call Today?

If you took a poll, you would most likely find that many of us are on this call for different reasons ... but for most, it probably boils down to a 5 letter word... money! Testimonials should be short (1 minute + follow up question), compelling and to the point. Talk a little bit about your background, your previous MLM experience and success (if you don't have any, say so), how long you have been involved with 24/7, and how many people the system has personally sponsored for you into your primary company or front-end income stream.

Important Note: Do not talk about any individual companies (i.e. CCC, EDW, Juvio, etc.) ... only talk about your "primary program", "front-end income stream", "primary business", etc.

Then briefly tell the listeners what it is that you like about 24/7 (2 key points.) Some ideas are time with family, no overhead, no meetings, no inventory, the support team, no hype, the fact that the system affords you time because it does 99% or more of the work, no paperwork, no shipping, no chasing, anybody can do it (duplication), etc. 

When you are finished, send it back to the host by saying, "Back to you ____________"

Follow up Questions: Host asks questions that highlight the benefits of the the system. For example...

 "Say, ________, how many of your personally sponsored people did you chase after or even talk to before they enrolled?"

 "You have been in network marketing before, right? What was the largest number of people you personally sponsored before 24/7?"

"How many weekly hotel meetings have you attended since joining 24/7?"

"How many cold calls have you made?"

"Why don't you take a couple of minutes and talk about your inventory (your garage full of products'), the shipping, credit card processing, the paperwork, and overhead."

"Can you tell us about your monthly GV, BV, and CV, __________."

> You should now be 21 minutes into the call.

Closing Summary (Host ... 2 minutes) 

Well, that's the 24/7 story, folks. As you can see, the system does not discriminate... it works equally well for everyone who uses it and you can expect similar results.  Now, if you're thinking, "This sounds too good to be true", you're not alone.
