Support Your Team 

Your team is your lifeblood in this business. No matter how good you are, you will not succeed without empowering your team members and duplicating your success. 

So exactly how do we do this?

Step 1.   Work With The Workers. In order to be a GREAT SPONSOR, you must spend your time wisely.  Those who enrolled two months ago and only have four hits on their web sites are not really showing a lot of interest in the business.  GREAT SPONSORS are eager to assist anyone who wishes to work the business, but you as a sponsor can not do it for your members. It's up to each individual to set their own goals and to work towards achieving them. 

Step 2.  Set An Example for your team. Be on all of the conference calls. Use 3 way calling so that your members will see how important it is.  Make yourself available for questions and 3 ways.  Always encourage and compliment your members for a job well done.  Continue sponsoring new members.

As with so many things in life, you are likely to get out of 24/7 what you put into it.  Most of us are part timers and it is not always easy to find time for extra activities.  However, with 24/7 the opportunity is truly there to increase your monthly earnings.  Simply dedicate as much time as you can over the next twelve months and your efforts will pay off.

Step 3.   When You Are Up, Call Down. When You Are Down, Call Up.  When you are in a great mood and feeling great about your business, call your team members and share your feelings and experiences.  When you are frustrated and ticked off (it happens to all of us now and then), call your team leaders and vent.  Get a dose of sunshine from your sponsor or a team leader.

Step 4.   Keep Your Team Informed.  Forward all email announcements and relevant tips to your personally sponsored members and other team leaders.  Ask them to forward the emails on to their team.  This is known as viral marketing and will get the word out to 1000s of people in a hurry.

Step 5.   Stay In Touch with your leaders.  Pick up the phone and call them regularly.  Develop a lasting relationship.

Step 6.   Teach These Steps to your team.  Make sure that they do the same with their team. Teach people how to teach people.  If you focus on the teaching, coaching, and supporting... you can have a huge income while simply supporting your leaders.  Of course, they must do the same.
