Creating And Personalizing Your Autoresponder System        

This is the third of four steps in creating your 24/7 MultiMedia Marketing™ System. The following steps will create your account, create your letters, set the email schedule, and personalize your letters. These steps will only take 45-60 minutes to complete and only need to be done once. When completed, this step will create your personalized Sales Series, Tour Followup and Welcome Training Series.

Step 1. Setting up your GDI Sales series:

1a. Check your notes for your VST Builder Username and Password. Make sure to place them in a safe and convenient place with your other passwords. Passwords are UpPeR and LoWeR case and must be entered exactly as you see them. You will need these passwords to login to your VST Builder account.

Login to VST Builder at: http://vstbuilder.com/a. Enter your Username and Password, and click the "Do It!" button.

1b. When logging into your account for the first time you will be asked to create a campaign.

Type in the name you have chosen for your GDI sales campaign, your first & last name and the following email address: success@YourDomain.ws (i.e. success@your247system.ws)

Click "Continue"

Choose your GDI Sales Campaign from the drop down menu and click "continue".

1c. Minimize your browser and check your inbox for an email asking you to verify the new autoresponder you have setup.  Click on the link in the email to activate the autoresponder.  Go back to your VST Builder account.

1d. Copy the GDI Sales Campaign by clicking "Copy Messages From Another Autoresponder" in the 'Manage Messages' section (upper left hand corner of the menu.) From the drop down list, select "gdisales-standalone@vstbuilder.com", enter the current password (check with your sponsor if you are unsure) and click the "Copy" button. 

1e. Personalize the campaign by clicking "Edit Custom URL Tags" in the 'Manage Autoresponder(s)' section (bottom center) of the menu. Make sure that you have the correct information in each of the respective fields:

URL 1: Your TheAnswerTo Website (must be a domain that points to your YourAnswerTo website)

URL 2:
Leave Blank

URL 3:
GDI (recommended that you use your .ws website and point it to http://www.my.ws/YourUsername)

URL 4: GDI (recommended that you use your .ws website and point it to http://www.my.ws/YourUsername)

URL 5: WTPowers domain (must be a domain that points to your WTPowers.com website)

Click the "Save" button.

1f. Click "Edit Custom Personalization Tags" and make sure that you have the following links in each of the respective fields:

Custom Field 1:  Your Answerto.com website ie.www.theanswerto.com/{YourUsername}

Custom Field 2:
Your Answerto.com website ie.www.theanswerto.com/{YourUsername}

Custom Field 3:
WTPowers domain (must be a domain that points to your WTPowers.com website)

Custom Field 4:
Your GDI Followup website. (must be a domain that forwards to your GDI Followup website: www.website.ws/YourUsername)

Custom Field 5:
Your unique business name
ie. Healthy, Wealthy & Wise, Creative Business Builders, Superior Services, etc. (if you don't have a business name or are unsure of what this is, get with your sponsor to clarify and create one).

Click the "Save Button"

1g.  Alpha test the campaign by clicking "Test Messages" in the 'Manage Messages' section (upper left hand corner of the menu.) Test Message "1" and click the "Send Now" button. Check your email for the test message. Be sure to open the email and check the links for accuracy.  Forward the test email to your sponsor for verification that everything is correct.

1h.  Live test the campaign by clicking "Add Single Subscriber" in the 'Manage Subscribers' section (top center) of the menu. Enter your first name, last name, email address and make sure that the 'Start on message:' box is set to "1". Click the "Submit" button. Check your email to make sure that the first email is correct in the live environment.

Add your sponsor's name and email address to the campaign.  He/she will assist you with monitoring your messages as they are sent out live.

Step 2. Setting up your GDI Tour Campaign:

2a. Under "Manage Autoresponders" (lower middle column), click the link "Add Autoresponder".

2b. Type in the name you have chosen for your GDI Tour campaign, your first & last name and the following email address: MoreInfo@YourGDIDomain.ws (i.e. MoreInfo@LearnAboutGDI.ws)

Click "Continue"

Click on "Main Menu"

2c. Minimize your browser and check your inbox for an email asking you to verify the new autoresponder you have setup.  Click on the link in the email to activate the autoresponder.  Go back to your VST Builder account.

2d. Copy the GDI Tour Campaign by clicking "Copy Messages From Another Autoresponder" in the 'Manage Messages' section (upper left hand corner of the menu.) From the drop down list, select "gditours-standalone@vstbuilder.com", enter the current password (check with your sponsor if you are unsure) and click the "Copy" button. 

2e. Personalize the campaign by clicking "Edit Custom URL Tags" in the 'Manage Autoresponder(s)' section (bottom center) of the menu. Make sure that you have the correct information in each of the respective fields:

URL 1: Your TheAnswerTo Website (must be a domain that points to your YourAnswerTo website)

URL 2:
Leave Blank

URL 3:

Click the "Save Button"

Step 3. Setting up your GDI Welcome Campaign:

3a. Under "Manage Autoresponders" (lower middle column), click the link "Add Autoresponder".

3b. Type in the name you have chosen for your GDI Welcome campaign, your first & last name and the following email address: welcome@YourGDIDomain.ws (i.e. welcome@LearnAboutGDI.ws)

Click "Continue"

Click on "Main Menu"

3c. Minimize your browser and check your inbox for an email asking you to verify the new autoresponder you have setup.  Click on the link in the email to activate the autoresponder.  Go back to your VST Builder account.

3d. Copy the GDI Welcome Campaign by clicking "Copy Messages From Another Autoresponder" in the 'Manage Messages' section (upper left hand corner of the menu.) From the drop down list, select "gdiwelcome-standalone@vstbuilder.com", enter the current password (check with your sponsor if you are unsure) and click the "Copy" button. 

3e. Personalize the campaign by clicking "Edit Custom URL Tags" in the 'Manage Autoresponder(s)' section (bottom center) of the menu. Make sure that you have the correct information in each of the respective fields:

URL 1: Your TheAnswerTo Website (must be a domain that points to your YourAnswerTo website)

URL 2:
Leave Blank

URL 3:

Step 4. Notify 24/7 that your setup is complete:

4a. Send an email to virtualsuccessteam@yahoo.com stating that your setup and testing is complete.  Be sure to Include the name of your sales campaign.  

Important Note: This step only needs to be done your first month.  All subsequent months, your leads will be automatically imported within 72 hours of your subscription payment.
